ZPMC recently completed the successful acceptance of its self-developed "thousand-ton-class environmentally friendly continuous screw-type ship unloader." With a capacity range of 600 to 2000 tonnes per hour, this marks a new #milestone in bulk cargo handling equipment, advancing the green and intelligent development of ports.

For the first time, the unloader's screw conveyor system adopts fully variable frequency control technology. This system adjusts conveyor speed based on the viscosity of cargo particles, meeting the demands for large-scale operations and high productivity during unloading. It is also equipped with an electrical control system independently developed and integrated by ZPMC, offering flexible combinations of different drive systems and PLC systems to accommodate various user preferences.

This innovation significantly enhances both unloading safety and operational efficiency, while reducing technical demands on operators. It also lowers labor intensity and improves the working environment, truly enabling large-scale, high-efficiency, intelligent, and environmentally friendly coal unloading.
