Cleveland Cascades had several projects underway in the later stages of Manufacturing & Assembly during December 2025. The company's workshops were busy with fabrications and components undergoing assembly work.
Cleveland Cascades has a project destined for Saudi Arabia to load Granular Fertilizer at 2,000tph that includes a Pivoting Headchute, cascade and Trimmer outlet.

This project departed to Saudi Arabia towards the end of January.
Cleveland Cascades also has a dual system project that has been designed to load potash at 3,000 metric tph in Canada.
These systems also feature a Pivoting Headchute and will include the cascade, carrier and skirted outlet, along with a bumper bar system for collision protection.
Progress on these systems has been very good, presently there is ongoing electrical wiring and inspection. Once this is completed the company will move into the assembly phase before testing, inspection and packing.
The system can be seen in the images below showing the dual head chutes, deflectors, carriers, skirts and bumper bar assemblies.
