21 July 2015 Dry Bulk | Ports & Terminals Trucks arriving at ports in Argentina's city of Rosario are causing traffic chaos, with around 5,400 vehicles a day discharging consignments of grain at the ports of San Lorenzo,Timbue´s and General San Marti´n, whose gate operations are insufficient to handle them fluidly. This congestion is common during the harvest season, with main arteries into Rosario often being blocked, despite control points being set up on major inbound highways.
