05 October 2015 Dry Bulk | Ports & Terminals Louis Dreyfus Commodities and the government of the Rostov region of Russia signed an agreement which will result in construction by the end of this year of a cereals terminal at Kagalnitskaya, which is in the Azov district. The company expects to invest around €24 million. Initially, the terminal will be able to accommodate 500,000 tonnes of cereals, eventually rising to 1.2mt (million tonnes). Within Russia, Louis Dreyfus Commodities East annually exports around 1.5–3mt of cereals annually. BC
