18 March 2015 Dry Bulk | Ports & Terminals In Angola, work will begin in June on the first of a three phase development of a new deepwater port at Cabinda. Construction is to be undertaken by Caio Porto. The initial phase will cost $600 million, involving the extension of the commercial quay to allow vessels of up to 200m to dock. The access channel of 150m will also be expanded and there will be a new road access to the port. This initial phase should be open for business by mid-2016. BC
