In Spain, Torralba Seaport is seeking a new concession area in the Port of Carboneras, which is administered by Almería Port Authority. Its aim is to build and operate a new 70,124m2 dry bulk terminal there. Of this, 46,272m2 would correspond to landside operations and 23,852m2 adjacent water area.
