GENMA has recently received another order for one Scraper Ship Un-loader,with a rated capacity of 1,000 tons per hour for grain discharging at a customer terminal.
The un-loader combines energy efficiency, reliability, clean operation, and full automation. Key features include continuous conveying with variable frequency drive technology, achieving over 70% overall efficiency. When not in operation, the pickup head lowers to the ground, lowering the machine's center of gravity for excellent wind resistance. The enclosed conveying system with active dust control ensures dust‑free operation. With one‑button start, the system runs automatically—the operator only needs to monitor the process.
