E-Crane strengthens its presence in Brazil with first local hub
E-Crane is proud to announce the opening of a new facility in Santos, near São Paulo. This site represents the first of two planned local hubs in the region and will serve as a regional center for sales support, maintenance and spare parts service, fully aligned with what E-Crane has stood for for decades: following our customers, wherever in the world this may lead us.
Our cranes are an integral part of critical operational processes. For that reason, our responsibility does not end with delivery alone. With this first local hub, we bring E-Crane spare parts and, just as important, E-Crane specialists closer to our customers in Brazil and across Latin America. This ensures fast support, maximum availability and sustained performance, directly on site.
“This first local hub in Brazil is a natural step in our long-term strategy,” said Steve Osborne, Director at E-Crane. “We follow our customers wherever they operate, because we understand how critical our cranes are to their daily operations. By investing in local expertise, spare parts availability and specialist support, we are strengthening our partnerships and ensuring reliable performance throughout the entire lifecycle of our equipment.”
Rodrigo Rovai, responsible for business development South-America at E-Crane continued: “E-Crane strongly believes in long-term partnerships. We invest not only in technology, but also in people, expertise and local presence. The launch of this first hub in Santos underlines our ambition to build sustainable collaborations and to support our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their cranes. A second local hub is planned shortly to further strengthen E-Crane’s service network in the region.”
With this expansion, E-Crane once again confirms its commitment to delivering reliable, efficient and customer-focused solutions—today, tomorrow and well into the future.
