Cleveland Cascades are completing the assembly for the supply of a Cascade System to Roxon to be installed in Karratha, Western Australia.
This will be one of our 1900 sized Cascade Systems and will be supplied for the purpose of loading Granulated Urea.
The Cascade system is designed to handle loading at rates of up to 2,400 tonnes per hour.
With an extended length of 22m and a retracted height of 7.4m the Cascade System will include the company's GRP cones lined with 8mm UHMWPE AS for abrasion protection with an 11 million tonnes estimated annual throughput.
The Cascade Chute will feature both of Cleveland Cascades' Standard Skirt outlet and interchangeable Trimmer outlet. Each will be supplied with a stand for storage and convenient fast change over to allow for the vessel hatches to be trimmed off at the end of the loading cycle.
The systems are expected to be delivered within 2025 for installation. Cleveland Cascades looks forward to completing the commissioning and has another system operating in Australia.
