In Mexico, Cleveland Cascades engineers supported the installation and commissioning of three cascade systems, one 900 size and two 1,100 size systems, built for vehicle loading at rates up to 450tph and 880tph.
GRP cones lined with wear resistant ceramic tiles to combat wear, alongside automated controls, blockage detection and safety interlocks linked to the conveyor system.
During the visit, installation was verified, operator training was delivered and critical spare parts were identified to support long-term performance and preventative maintenance.
