Cleveland Cascades engineers have carried out commissioning works across global sites including Spain, Mexico, Netherlands and Brazil.
These projects included commissioning of a Free Fall Tube system loading copper concentrates in Spain and pet coke systems in Mexico.
Each installation involved full supervision of assembly and integration, cold and hot commissioning under load, system optimisation and operator training. Commissioning prevents overloading, underloading and premature wear, protecting both performance and long-term return on investment.
