SEA.XE, short for Essence, embodies a radical design philosophy. SEA.XE combines industrial architecture, high-resolution multispectral vision, proprietary BRAIN™ AI technology, and a brand-new Human-Machine Interface in a single advanced platform. Available in configurations from 1 to 6 wide channels, it delivers exceptional sorting precision across a wide range of food and non-food applications while making high-performance optical sorting more accessible than ever.

Sorting capabilities include identification by shape and size, while optional NIR, SWIR and UV configurations enable material differentiation based on chemical composition and the detection of fluorescent defects invisible to the human eye.
The result is higher purity, optimized yield, and consistent compliance with the strictest food-safety standards, batch after batch. High-performance ejectors deliver precise, single-grain rejection at up to 1,000 cycles per second, with a guaranteed service life of billions of cycles.
While the vision system and BRAIN™ AI technology deliver the performance, the new HMI brings that power within easy reach of operators. Featuring a 21.5-inch Full HD touchscreen, the interface offers simplified recipe programming with unlimited storage, real-time monitoring of throughput and performance, secure multi-user access, and intuitive controls designed around everyday tasks.
